Pedro Aidar is the former head of Craft and Specialty Beers for AB-Inbev in Asia Pacific North, including China. He has a tremendous vantage point into the changing beer and alcohol of market of China, in particular into the emergence of craft beers.
I sat down with Pedro and asked him my standard five questions about what was happening in his field right now. He also gave a great lecture to our students at Peking University Guanghua School of Management, which will be posted shortly. Note: Jonathan Woetzel is my co-professor for this course and these videos.
