“新零售”是阿里巴巴集团眼下的关键热词。尽管“新零售”一词可能是阿里巴巴有史以来最不具颠覆性的商业词汇，但阿里的意图在于，将线上和实体零售进行无缝整合，营造由数据驱动的消费体验，这种理念令人兴奋。目前，在“新零售”模式的引导下，部分新的商业模式开始涌现，其中包括新型超市、无人便利店、包裹自动分拣中心等，甚至还可能包括无人机配送。
